Situated in the centre of Madrid, on the emblematic Gran Via Avenue, the guesthouse’s extremely central location is just minutes’ walk from many major attractions including Puerta del Sol.
Many of Madrid’s most famous landmarks and monuments can be reached on foot within 15 minutes.
The guesthouse is family-run giving it a real warm and inviting feel and situated within an attractive, period building, Gran Via is a lively street and the city’s main shopping area. In addition there are a number of well-known theatres and a host of 20th century architecture.

I liked everything: the building, my room, the friendly staff of Hostal Avenida. It does look exactly like on the pictures, even better. The Hostal is newly renovated, very modern, very stylish, like a boutique hotel. The location is perfect. And the staff was very friendly and accommodating, They responded to my inquiry very quick.
